It is my firm conviction that our nation is witnessing and suffering under what I call "Disarmament Terrorism." Some people have determined that it is easier and faster to achieve disarmament via supposed random shooting sprees and mass shootings than to argue its merits on the floor of the federal and state capitols. And they are correct as there is no good argument for the disarmament of the American people with or without mass shootings. But if mass shootings are poorly investigated coupled with the emotional hysteria created by the mass media cartel, the population can be conditioned to demand congress to do what congress and lobbyists cannot do using logic.
When we define terrorism, and conspiracy, and discover the purpose of the 2nd Amendment and look into the facts about the Freedom From War State department program and the facts surrounding most of the recent mass shootings, the existence of a continuing conspiracy to commit disarmament terrorism is compelling. We also hear endless condemnation of those who seek facts about these mass shootings as "conspiracy theorists." There are thousands of entries on the web asserting that all conspiracy theories are false and discuss how to stop them. If all conspiracy theories are false why is there a voluminous bank of law on conspiracies in American jurisprudence?
And, of course, the main way to stop "conspiracy theories" is to publish crime reports with photos of the crime scene that go into detail and explain all the evidence gathered including the eyewitness accounts and try to resolve them with the facts. But today law enforcement reports are poorly prepared and redacted to the point of being useless. This naturally generates human curiosity and speculation as to what happened. And this natural reaction is called a "conspiracy theory." So who are the real generators of "conspiracy theories?" Is it not government and the mass media cartel?
The 9/11/01 "terror attack on America" was never investigated as a crime and therefore gave rise to mountains of speculation some of which have turned out to be true giving credibility to some of these so-called "conspiracy theories" and logically placing government and the media explanations into the same category, namely, "conspiracy theories." We cannot allow the reduction of all questions of government and the media to mere "anti-government conspiracy theories." Our nation is being locked down into a tyrannical police state.
Also no one knows how successful any live stream PPV will be and for that reason no one should foot the bill up front without the full acceptance of the risk and loss. But knowing how important this issue is and what will be exposed and learned in this video series, we should all chip in our own efforts and expect to receive the fruits or our labor.
I am amazed that people will baulk at paying $5 to watch an educational video relevant to their survival but yet will pay hundreds of dollars for Las Vegas, boating, golf, camping, and football. If we have been trained to consume distraction and reject substance what can we expect the results to be?
It is up to the people and those in society that are prepared to defend the people from tyrannical government programs to educate the people so they can stop mass shootings and their objective. Those who have been invited to speak at this forum are knowledgeable of the facts surrounding the creation of the police state, the purpose of the 2nd Amendment, and the disarmament of the American people. I'm sure there are others as well and feel free give their names to the host.
Further, there are two libel cases in point both used to prevent investigation of these events by the public and to protect the mass media cartel from liability when it falsely and purposefully indicates that a citizen is a terrorist. The Pozner v. Fetzer et. al. case protects the government and media from exposure by a citizen. And the Avery v. Baddour et. al. case protects the mass media cartel when it creates false terrorists to justify the police state. There is a double standard in the law for the citizen and the mass media cartel. We should expose and discuss this new tyrannical trend. We now have fake law to protect fake news.
Since we have the State Department program with its stated purpose of total disarmament of the American people and the FEMA Sandy Hook Mass Casualty manual for December 13th and 14th of 2012 we have undeniable evidence of a conspiracy to commit disarmament terrorism between government and the mass media cartel. We know that people are not killed at drills to prevent such things so we can assume that no one died at Sandy Hook on 12/14/12 but that it was pretended that 26 people were killed that day. If Fetzer should not have questioned the legitimacy of the Pozner death certificate, he should not question the FEMA Sandy Hook Mass Casualty Manual for the same day. And if so, how did Adam Lanza get by all the FEMA agents to kill any one including Noah Pozner?
The efforts of honest professionals to find out about what really happened at Sandy Hook have been met with stonewalling, physical threats by police, and groundless lawsuits. The police crime report was sloppy with one very crude floor plan of half a wing all redacted with indiscernible symbols making it unintelligible and therefore no proof of anything other than inept police work or compliant FEMA participants.
Disarmament Terrorism is the use of an unlawful means, mass shootings, to achieve an unlawful goal, disarmament of the American people. It needs to be exposed so the people will be equipped to thwart the goal and hence stop the method to achieve it.
We should advocate legislation that prevents the use of mass shootings to disarm the American people. Such legislation does not alter the law of the land but further enforces it. Mass shootings are not and should not be used as a pretext or excuse to disarm the American people.
If a gunman killed several people and took hostages and demanded the disarmament of the American people, who would be in favor of complying with that demand? Then why are people today demanding the disarmament of the American people when someone else does the shooting and makes no demands or gives other excuses or reasoning for their crimes in questionable "manifestos?" Regardless of who does the shooting and the advocating of the alteration of the law, it is still a conspiracy to disarm the American people. It needs to stop!
Disarmament terrorists would have us believe that all we need to do to stop mass shootings is alter the law and make gun ownership a crime. If it is acceptable to violate one law to prevent violation of another, why not make it lawful to do a mass shooting on the 15th of every month? At least that way we can all prepare for them. The shooters might not be very successful and may die but it would be legal. That is the same faulty logic of those who would demand that we disarm the American people to prevent mass shootings. "Let's make the people vulnerable to attack so they will not be attacked." Where is the logic?
Ron Avery sued Hearst Communication Company, Incorporated for libel for implying on the front page of the Houston Chronicle that he was part of the growing right wing terrorist threat in America. Avery had written evidence of all the 6 elements required to sustain a libel suit. But the Defendant used the faulty Texas Citizen Participation Act unlawfully to have the suit dismissed before it ever got to trial. This suit involved a faulty Act of congress passed by lawyers and the mass media cartel and bad rules of judicial precedent. It is all online at PostWTC.com/avc.html
These two cases prove there is a double standard in court, one for the mass media cartel, and another for the free press of the people. And both of these cases deal with bad law used, and good law misused, to protect fake terrorism created by the mass media cartel to justify the police state and the disarmament of the American people.
| Dr. James Fetzer:
Dr. Fetzer earned his Ph.D. in the history and philosophy of science. A former Marine Corps officer, he has published widely on the theoretical foundations of scientific knowledge, computer science, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and evolution and mentality. McKnight Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota Duluth, he has also conducted extensive research into the assassination of JFK, the events of 9/11 and the plane crash that killed Sen. Paul Wellstone. The founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, his latest books include The Place of Probability in Science (with Ellery Eells, 2010) plus And I Suppose we didn't go to the moon, either? (2015), which was his 30th. He has also published more than 30 articles about Sandy Hook.
A Connecticut judge granted a summary judgment against Dr. Fetzer and his co-editor Mike Palecek finding them guilty of libel (defamation) as a matter of law for their article concerning the 3 versions of a death certificate of Noah Pozner published by Leonard Pozner. Anyone who knows anything about law suits and pre-trial procedures will be amazed that Pozner the plaintiff even filed a motion for summary judgment much less won it. The Pozner v. Fetzer et. al. lawsuit only addressed the issue of the death certificates published by Pozner. Fetzer wrote an article that was published in his book Nobody Died at Sandy Hook that questioned many things which Fetzer thought were anomalies and concluded that the death certificates were fraudulent. There is no way all six elements of libel could have been proven as a matter of law without the need of any facts or a fact finder (jury) in a pre-trial hearing on a motion for summary judgment. But regardless there are many more facts about Sandy Hook that make the whole event suspicious especially when used as sufficient justification for disarmament of the American people which is a more serious crime than random shootings by crazy people. I am sure that Fetzer will appeal this fake summary judgment.
Regardless of the legitamacy of the Pozner death certificate, Fetzer will be free to discuss all these other strange facts about Sandy Hook as well as others in his books Nobody Died in Boston, either and The Parkland Puzzle, and From Orlando to Dallas and Beyond.

| Kaitlin Bennett:
In May 2018, at age 22, Bennett graduated with a degree in biology from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. At the university, Bennett founded Liberty Hangout, a media outlet.
In 2017, she was active with Turning Point USA at Kent State before the local chapter folded. In 2018, Bennett open-carried an AR-10 rifle at Kent State University, as a protest in favor of the right of students to be able to carry guns on campus, which they are not allowed to do now, as Kent State forbids students, faculty, and staff from carrying firearms on campus, but not visitors. As a graduate, Bennett was no longer subject to this rule.
Bennett stated that as a student, she should have been able to open-carry for self-defense, citing the 1970 Kent State shootings where Ohio National Guardsmen fired on unarmed students protesting the U.S. bombing of Cambodia. Later that year, Bennett organized an open-carry rally at Kent State. Following her initial protest of Kent State, Bennett became a correspondent for Infowars. Due to her affiliation with Infowars, she was removed from a campaign rally for Bernie Sanders. She was likewise removed from a Pete Buttigieg campaign event for similar reasons. Bennett also interviewed the candidate's same-sex spouse Chasten regarding if "love has no age?" to which he responded he would have to "think about it" and would not answer the question. Around the same time, she was assaulted while filming at a Buttigieg rally and called on the local mayor to condemn the violence.
Bennett has received criticism for her tweets, including one that shared a video of her drinking milk in response to a tweet from PETA claiming that milk was associated with white supremacy, and another that stated that she "loved not living in Mexico".
| Ron Avery:
Ron Avery is an architect in the state of Texas and has worked on most every kind of building type for all sizes of architectural firms. While developing property he was sued and spent 7 years in court finally winning a hollow victory. As a result he learned a lot about the judicial process and has been to the Supreme Court of Texas at least 7 times since on issues that covered, defamation (libel), breach of contracts, economic coercion, extortion, conspiracy to interfere with contracts, malicious prosecution, unlawful property taxation, feudalism, unlawful sovereign immunity, the so-called "Texas Citizen Participation Act" and many court decisions and their use.
Avery perceives that we are in the middle of a continuous conspiracy to conduct disarmament terrorism over a long period of time. This criminal scheme has an unlawful purpose and is using an unlawful means to achieve it. He will show a power point on the definitions of conspiracy and terrorism which will expose the nature of this attack.
He will also present a power point on the six elements required to maintain a cause of action for libel and the intentional faulty "Texas Citizens Participation Act." The power points will show how absurd it is for a judge to find Fetzer and Palecek guilty of libel as a matter of law without the finding of any facts. It will also demonstrate how the courts will protect the mass media cartel and destroy those who challenge its fake news revealing a double standard. We now have fake law to protect fake news.
MixNstream is Avery's brand and he is the producer of this event to expose the reality of a conspiracy to conduct disarmament terrorism on the American People. He prays that he is joined by many of these people above to provide sound arguments and present a consensus of thought the America people can rely on and use to confidently shut the mouths of disarmament terrorists and thus render mass shootings useless.
