Title Summary:

The book, Judicial Plundering of Dr. James H. Fetzer Co-Editor & Co-Author of the Book Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, is a logical critique of the summary judgment process used to find Dr. Fetzer liable for defamation and the ongoing procedures used to take his intellectual property and garnish his wife's money who is not involved in the lawsuit. This critique is based upon the informed opinion of Ronald Avery who is familiar with many of the court documents in the case. This analysis covers the circuit or trial court rulings to all appellate levels including the US Supreme Court.

Author Profile:

Ronald Avery is a semiretired architect who resides in Seguin, Texas. He has been to the Supreme Court of Texas about 7 times on different issues as a petitioner and respondent. He has delt with summary judgments and had them reversed on appeal. He has been a plaintiff in a libel or defamation case and knows how hard it is to prove defamation, especially by a summary judgment. He became very interested in the Fetzer case when he learned that Fetzer had been found liable for defamation by summary judgment.
