These are our present estimated prices we would like to charge which are considerably cheaper than established live-streaming companies. We also will give you a firm price after we consult with you on your needs:

Level One:

Accommodates interviews or small group or panel discussions.

·         2 hours of off-site pre-stream preparation.

·         1 hour set-up time.

·         2 cameras.

·         2 Lapel mics.

·         1 Live Stream Technician works encoder, mixer and one camera.

·         1 other camera operator.

·         Power Point (PPT) or laptop for computer graphics in-mix.

$70/hr for active event time plus $50/hr for equipment, in one space with 2 hr minimum charge.

Level Two:

Accommodates larger panel discussions, musical or performing arts, and inclusion of audience participation or reaction.

·         5 hours of off-site pre-stream preparation.

·         2 hours on-site set-up time.

·         3 cameras.

·         2 Lapel mics.

·         1 Live Streaming Technician works encoder, computer, mixer, and one camera.

·         2 Camera Operators.

·         Inclusion of Remote/Skype participant or presenter in-mix.

·         PPT or computer graphics in-mix.

·         Hot spot or Ethernet if available. Bonded Cloud transmission possible if Hot spot not sufficient if known ahead of time.

·         Streamed through Pay-Per-View (PPV) platform to one or more websites. You determine the price of tickets and what each is good for.

·         SD card copy.

$90/hr for active event time plus $75/hr for equipment, in one space with 2 hr min. charge.

Level Three:

Suggested for medium to large sized events requiring high production value.

·         8 hours of off-site pre-stream preparation.

·         3 cameras, wireless to mixer, if necessary.

·         2 Lapel mics.

·         1 Live Streaming Technician operates encoders, computer, mixer.

·         3 Camera Operators.

·         1 wall wash and follow spot light operator.

·         PPT or computer in-mix.

·         Skype/Remote participant or presenter in-mix.

·         Streamed through PPV platform to two websites, one at higher resolution, streamed via Ethernet if available or hot spot.

·         SD card copy and copy to cloud.

$230/hr for active event time plus $100/hr for equipment, in one space with 2 hr min. charge.

Add another $50/hr for use of sound system, projector and screen. We prefer to use the built in venue equipment if available. Add another $50/hr for use of our 8 wireless mic system with auto sound mixer for panel discussions. If you need a portable stage we also have 230 square feet of that for an additional charge for local use.

None of these prices include travel out of our area and accommodations and food etc. We may also be open to retaining a portion of any proceeds from sale of pay per view tickets to maintain our ongoing expenses of hosting the archive after the event.
